For the people who keep a town running

AI for
city managers

Townwise turns city records and staff knowledge into tools that help small towns get work done.

Let’s talk about your town ↗

Your town’s knowledge.
Put to work.

Built on a tool used daily in business.
Now developing our first municipal pilot.

01 — The work

Keep the knowledge.
Make it useful.

Your records tell part of the story. Your staff knows the rest. We bring them together, then build tools around the jobs your town needs to do.

  1. 01

    Learn how your town works

We sit with staff and organize approved records, procedures and past decisions.

  2. 02

    Build around one useful job

Together, we choose a recurring task and build a workflow staff can use.

  3. 03

Help staff put it to work

We review the results together and measure whether it saves time and effort.

Possible first workflows

Where does your team
need a hand?

These are starting points for a conversation. We’ll choose the first workflow with your staff.

01Manager handover

Keep past decisions, responsibilities and recurring deadlines in reach when someone new takes the job.

02Council follow-through

Turn approved decisions into a clear account of the work, its owner and the next reporting date.

03Budgets and grants

Bring budget records, grant requirements and staff capacity together before committing to a project.

04Public works

Use service requests and work logs to help staff prioritize the next job.

05Resident services

Help staff find answers, route requests and share approved progress.

06Permits and licensing

Find the relevant requirements and prepare a response for staff to review.

Public officials keep policy, budget and publication decisions.

The reason we’re building Townwise

People leave.
The town’s knowledge
should stay.

02 — Our story

This started
in my town.

I moved to Tucumcari in 2021 to help bring economic activity through big art. We built Art City and sold it in 2026. Along the way, I saw how much knowledge a town can lose when leadership changes.

I’ve since built a tool a nontechnical CEO uses every day. Now I want to put that approach to work for the people running small towns.

Where we are today

The commercial foundation is built. Our next step is to choose and test the first municipal workflow with city staff.
